Join us this Valentines Day for an intimate evening of live music and delicious food and beer brought to you by Blue Farm Catering (formerly Eats & Sweets Diner) and Falling Branch Brewery! Enjoy a 4 course meal with each course accompanied by a carefully selected FBB brew!

FIRST COURSE

Duck confit crostinis with goat cheese mascarpone and cranberries topped with a blend of arugula and watercress dressed with a balsamic vinaigrette.

Paired with Twilight Refuge - Belgian Dark Ale.

SECOND COURSE

Cream of Crab garnished with jumbo lump topped salt and pepper cracker.

Paired with Old Line State - Pilsner made with 100% Maryland-grown ingredients.

THIRD COURSE

Petite filet mignon topped with an apple bourbon glaze served with roasted vegetable and Yukon mash Napoleon, finished with roasted vegetable matchsticks.

Paired with Light Rain - American IPA.

FOURTH COURSE

Chocolate cherry layer cake.

Paired with Midnight Meadows Amburana - Imperial Oatmeal Stout conditioned on Amburana wood chips.
